One of my previous neighbors referred me to Emmanuel. He had done several houses in the Oakcreek gated community and he was well known by the Homeowners Association as the go to guy. So I called and got an estimate which was very competitive. We set a date and he called Ms. Utility to mark my yard before installation. He brought his crew and got it done in one day. At night, when it came on, I was just in awe. I could not believe that it was my house. It looked like a celebrity's house. I just want to thank Emmanuel and his team. When I contacted the owner, he was very welcoming and he stopped by and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. I agreed to the Sprinkler Installation. We set a date and he brought his team and got the job done with permits. He installed a timer that was phone enabled and I can control on my phone from anywhere. I love it. I love gadgets and my lawn guy is so happy because my lawn is so beautiful and he gets referral from my yard. I just want to thank Emmanuel for his professional disposition and his continued maintenance twice a year.

When I got divorced, I was looking for a townhouse to rent and I had been through several houses and condos. I finally found one that Emmanuel had just rehabbed. It was nice and I could see myself in it. He ran my credit and signed the lease. He even offered his workers to help me move. This was 10 years ago and I'm still there.
